Youth Protection and Age Verification
For persons aged 18 and over only. Age verification will take place upon delivery.
Sale exclusively to adults
The purchase of e-cigarettes, liquids, and other nicotine-containing products is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with Section 10 of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG).
By submitting the order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. We are entitled to request proof of age before concluding the contract and before delivery.
Age verification upon delivery
Delivery of nicotine-containing products is exclusively with age verification. If age cannot be verified upon delivery, the product will not be handed over. Any additional costs incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer, provided they are responsible for the failed delivery.
For self-collection, an official photo ID must be presented. Delivery to parcel lockers is excluded for age-restricted products.
False age information
We are entitled to reject orders or withdraw from the contract if there are reasonable doubts about the customer's age of majority.
Note on nicotine
Nicotine is highly addictive. Nicotine-containing products are not suitable for non-smokers, young people, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.
