This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our online store and deliveries within Germany. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping areas

We currently ship only within Germany.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed after 17:00 (5 pm) or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing, we will notify you by email.

3. Delivery times

After processing, standard delivery within Germany typically takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier workload, public holidays, or regional delays.
Unless we agree on a different delivery time with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, in line with EU consumer rules.

4. Shipping methods and rates

We use reputable parcel services (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD) for all deliveries within Germany.

Standard shipping: Check our website
- Flat rate: approx. 5 to 8 euros
Free shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over €50 (if applicable).

All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Age verification (for restricted products)

For products subject to age restrictions (e.g., electronic cigarettes and related items), delivery may require age verification upon handover.

The courier may check a valid photo ID to confirm that the recipient is at least 18 years old before handing over the parcel.
If age verification fails, the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a solution.

6. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel on the website of the respective courier.

7. Incorrect address and undeliverable parcels

Please ensure that your name, delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, we can:
- Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping costs may apply), or
- Refund the product price minus the original shipping cost after we receive the returned goods.

8. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive at all:

Damaged delivery:
- Please take photos of the parcel and the damaged contents immediately.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights and our Returns Policy.
Lost delivery:
- If the tracking information shows that the parcel has not moved for an unusually long period or has been marked as lost by the carrier, contact us.
- We will open an investigation with the courier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.

9. Partial deliveries

If an order contains several items, we may ship them in one or multiple parcels, depending on stock and packaging requirements.

If we need to split an order into several deliveries, you will be informed by email and will receive separate tracking numbers.

10. Right of withdrawal and returns

Your legal right of withdrawal for online purchases in Germany is not affected by this Shipping Policy.

Consumers generally have at least 14 days from receipt of the goods to cancel the contract without giving reasons, according to applicable German and EU consumer law.
